2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of a business entity to use this App. You also must have a valid Facebook or Instagram account to access services provided through Social.

3. Permissions and Meta Compliance

Use of this App requires granting access to specific Meta data via Facebook Login or other Meta-authorized methods. By granting access, you agree to:

• Only authorize use of data you have permission to access.
• Comply with all Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Developer Policies.
• Not misuse Meta services or impersonate another user or entity.

We do not store or access your data beyond the scope of the permissions you grant and only for the purposes of providing App services.

4. Acceptable Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or Meta’s policies. You may also disconnect your Meta account at any time, which will cease access to App services.

All content, software, and branding associated with Social PearlFibers are the property of Pearl Fibers LTD or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or specific results from using the App.

Social PearlFibers is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pearl Fibers LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
